D. Scott Crabtree

President and Chief Executive Officer of Broadway Services, Inc.

Mr. Crabtree has worked in health care Administration since 1982. Prior to joining BSI in 2003, he managed a New Orleans retirement community for over 11 years. He received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Tennessee and completed postgraduate business courses at Loyola University in New Orleans. He currently serves on the boards of the Louisiana Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators, the Louisiana Nursing Home Emergency Preparedness Review Committee, and the Gulf States Association of Homes and Services for Aging.  He is an active member of Novare, a consortium of forward-thinking, single-site and small system Life Plan Communities that have come together to collaborate, innovate, and enhance the world of senior living. He is a member of St. Charles Avenue Presbyterian Church, where he serves as an elder. Mr. Crabtree is currently on the board of directors for Bridge House, Inc. and is a former board member of Grace House, Inc., and St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, as well as involvement in other community organizations. Mr. Crabtree is an outdoor enthusiast.  He loves time with his family. Both of his children and their spouses remain in New Orleans, as well as his two grandchildren.

Jere Hales

Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Ms. Hales has over 20 years of healthcare experience which spans from clinical nursing to healthcare administration. She began her career in the United States Army, where she received training in nursing and specialized in the areas of cardiology and abdominal transplantation. She has a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Montclair State University and a MBA from Tulane University. Prior to joining BSI, she held the position of Director of Geriatric Services Development for Tulane Medical Center where she led the charge in strategic development for senior care. Her background also includes leadership positions in healthcare sales/marketing, physician relations, and business development.

 

 

Lynn Swetland

Secretary, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Swetland is a Certified Public Accountant with a B.S.M. degree in accounting from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. She has served as the Chief Financial Officer at Lambeth House since September 2004 and has 16 years of prior experience in accounting, including five years in health care. She volunteers as a co-treasurer for two local organizations, actively participates in a monthly book club, and likes to exercise and spend time with family and friends.

YeaQuanna H. Smoot

Director of Health Services

Ms. Smoot joined Lambeth House in March 2021. She brings with her over 28 years of clinical experience in the medical field. She received her Associate Degree in Nursing from Delgado Charity School of Nursing and her Bachelor of Science Degree in nursing at Capella University. She is enrolled in an MSN degree program at Capella University for 2024. As Director she oversees administrative functions in the Nursing Department, developed, and implemented nursing service objectives, policies, and procedures to maintain quality nursing care. Ms. Smoot has worked in patient care including Long-term Care, Adult Health, Hospice, Community Health, Med-Surg, Mental Health, Wound care, Skilled Nursing and Rehab, Post-Operative Surgical Service, and Orthopedic. She currently serves as a member of the American Nurses Association and Louisiana Nurses Association. She is also a member of the prestigious Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society whose mission is to develop nurse leaders anywhere to improve healthcare everywhere.

Jennifer Credeur

Social Services Director

Mrs. Credeur is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She joined the Lambeth House team in 2012 in preparation for the opening of St. Anna’s.   She received her B.A. from Auburn University in Psychology  and her master’s degree from Tulane School of Social Work.  Prior to Lambeth House, Mrs. Credeur worked for East Jefferson General Hospital as a medical social worker for the skilled nursing unit.  She also  worked in a mental health resource center in the Ninth Ward.

Amy Roberts

Director of Human Resources

Mrs. Roberts is a Tulane University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.  Graduating in the midst of Hurricane Katrina, she took her career down a different path and began working in the HR field.  She joined Lambeth House in November 2016 and has over seventeen years of in-depth HR experience and two professional HR certifications.  Mrs. Roberts has a passion for Human Resources and is excited to have joined the Lambeth House team.

 

 

Melissa Brunvoll

Marketing Director, Assisted Living and Nursing Care

Ms. Brunvoll graduated from Tulane University with a B.A. in Communications and Spanish. Prior to joining the Lambeth House team in February 2018, she worked as an Operations Manager for Marriott International. She is excited for her role as the Marketing Director for Assisted Living and Nursing Care and looks forward to building relationships with the wonderful residents and families of Lambeth House.

Kristen Leger

Marketing Director, Independent Living

Ms. Leger joined Lambeth House as Marketing Director for Independent Living in March 2020. As an ambitious professional with more than eight years of progressive experience in marketing, Ms. Leger has fostered a reputation as a key contributor among both leadership and her peers. Prior to joining Lambeth House, she held various marketing and communication positions at National Lutheran Communities & Services, a family of retirement communities and services located in Maryland and Virginia providing seniors with a variety of lifestyle, residential and health care options. In addition, she has held various consulting roles which have included direct marketing, website management, and public relations initiatives. Ms. Leger is thrilled to be a part of the Lambeth House team and will continue her passion for cultivating relationships. Ms. Leger graduated from the University of New Orleans with a B.S. in Marketing.

Daphne Dominguez

Director of Assisted Living

Daphne Dominguez joined the Lambeth House team in 2007 and relishes building relationships with residents and co-workers in her work here.  Daphne graduated from Southeastern University with a doctorate in Education (Organizational Leadership) and received both undergraduate and graduate degrees in Health Education and Gerontology from the University of New Orleans. She has worked in Long Term Care since 1999. Her experience includes Nursing Care, Special Care Units/Alzheimer Units, Adult Day Care, and Assisted Living.

Monica Harris-Hall

Environmental Services Director

Mrs. Hall holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Southern University A&M College and a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in health care administration.  Upon graduation, Mrs. Hall completed a two-year management internship at LSU Medical Center/Earl K. Long Hospital in Baton Rouge.  Mrs. Hall has previously served as Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Tulane University Hospital and Clinic.

Anne Honeywell

Director of Development

Ms. Honeywell joined Lambeth House as Director of Development in October 2020. Anne brings nearly 10 years of experience in business development and communications working to generate support and awareness through various campaigns, strategic marketing efforts and fundraising initiatives.

Prior to her role at Lambeth House, Anne worked as a Development Consultant and Grants Manager, Operations Manager, and as Editor-in-Chief for a local publication, Inside New Orleans. In addition, Anne worked in the development office of St. Martin’s Episcopal School for seven years, serving as Communications and Marketing Director and Alumni Director, where she managed the development and implementation of all communications efforts, annual fundraising materials, public relations efforts, and media initiatives. She also managed the Alumni Annual Fund Campaign and the school’s major gift appeals to alumni.

Anne is thrilled to be a part of the Lambeth House team, where she will work to develop and implement strategic development plans including operational policies and procedures, maintain donor relationships, and identify new business opportunities including short and long term goals. She is excited to work with the Lambeth House Foundation Board and serve as a liaison for the multidisciplinary development efforts between Lambeth House and its internal and external constituencies.

Anne is a proud graduate of St. Martin’s Episcopal School and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Louisiana State University.

Cayla Scott Kennedy

Nursing Home Administrator of St. Anna’s at Lambeth House

Cayla Scott Kennedy is an alumnus of the University of Mississippi, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, enhanced with a minor in Business Administration. Her passion for healthcare management guided her to the University of New Orleans, where she attained a Master of Science in healthcare management. In the challenging era of COVID-19, Cayla was proactive in her professional growth, completing her administrator in training program and earning her Nursing Facility Administrator’s License in 2020.

Her journey in healthcare leadership continued at Lambeth House, where she first served as the Assistant Administrator and later ascended to the role of Administrator. A member of the American College of Healthcare Administrators, Cayla values mentorship, serving on their National Mentoring Committee. Committed to the betterment of healthcare, she engages with training boards and collaborates with various community organizations.

Outside of her professional life, Cayla cherishes time spent with her family and her beloved dog, Roux. She also harbors a passion for DIY projects, often immersing herself in creative endeavors during her free moments.
